Weight loss story: “HIIT and early dinners helped me go from XXL to L” | The Times of India – Times of India

My breakfast: Black coffee and half an apple/200 grams low fat milk and three spoons of muesli.

My lunch: Two scrambled eggs omelette with a cucumber/chicken 5 small pieces and tomatoes

My dinner: I finish my dinner before 7 pm, which is usually one cucumber/a bowl of watermelon or an apple

Only water is allowed after 7 pm. Absolutely no carbs

Pre-workout meal: One glass of ORS

Post-workout meal: Anything which I have as my morning breakfast works as my post-workout meal.

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days):I have cheat days once in 15 days that too on working days from Monday to Friday. Usually, two slices of pizza/fish curry rice /burger

Low-calorie recipes I swear by:Makhana bowl /chickpeas/cucumber
