The Atlanta Hawks are one win away from clinching a spot in the Eastern Conference semifinals after their 113-96 victory over the New York Knicks in Game 4 of their best-of-seven series on Sunday afternoon.
After a competitive first half, the Hawks opened up a sizable lead in the third quarter and never looked back as Atlanta received contributions from up and down their roster as the Hawks had six players score in double figures, led by Trae Young’s 27 points. While he finished the loss with 23 points, Knicks All-Star Julius Randle struggled from the field again as he shot 7-19 in the game.
Now, the series will shift back to New York as the Knicks look to stave off elimination on the home floor in Game 5. That matchup will happen on Wednesday night with the time of the opening tip yet to be determined.
